In my research, I noticed some features which make expo-av unsuitable for production-level apps. Hence, in the first place, I omit that option and focus on react-native-sound and track-player. Anyway since you've already provided us with a good example, it would be worth doing in-depth research on expo-av, also. Thank you for sharing your experience.
